This artist book was based on the Photographer Jaime Ocampo’s project entitled Memory of Colours. I displayed some images from his project which focusses the last authentic tribes, people and ethnic groups of the world and symbolically relates each one of them to a their colours into a global shaped book. His images speak for themselves. In a quote about his work he says:
I dream of a rainbow built with the colours of men, tribes, cultures. The rainbow of a rare, diverse, precious, essential, yet fragile human nature. This Memory of Colors, old as the wind, the sun and rain is a slow process. It is a story in progress that needs to be listened to, seen, protected and helped. – Jaime Ocampo
